🤠 Hanging Out in Austin, TX

With over 9 years of product design experience, I love understanding people's diverse experiences and needs as they relate to the world around them, transmuting these insights into shared actionable design opportunities, and collaborating in-sync with passionate teams to make it all a delightful reality, one idea at a time.
‍
While I previously worked at IBM and RapidDeploy, I'm currently having a grand time at Virtuix as a Senior UI/UX Designer defining the interface experience for the upcoming, immersive VR platform Omni One. If you'd like to chat, feel free to connect!‍

As a team of one, I established a design system, refining reusable components and prefabs across desktop, mobile, and VR launcher platforms to support Virtuix's consumer product, the omnidirectional VR gaming system Omni One.

When I first joined Virtuix, the mutual goal was to reduce the estimated design backlog of a year and half's worth of work so that we could have a delightful player experience. I successfully cleared the backlog within 6 months with more enhancements coming for the general release edition, coming 2024.

While I worked on improving various features of the CAD system Nimbus and also redesigned the Eclipse analytics platform, I am unable to share any images at this time due to NDA restrictions from their unreleased states.

That said, I am happy to talk through it in an interview or a design conversation. Feel free to read more for some high-level insights into the projects.
